Bryan J. Keller is the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Delaware North Companies, a global leader in hospitality and foodservice and one of the largest privately held companies in North America, with approximately $2 billion in revenues and more than 40,000 employees.

 

Keller joined Delaware North as an associate general counsel and was promoted to vice president, general counsel and secretary in 1993. Prior to joining Delaware North, he was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Scrivner, Inc., a multibillion-dollar grocery wholesaler headquartered in Oklahoma City. He was also a member of Scrivner’s board of directors and the executive committee.

 

A graduate of the University of New York at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Keller received his Juris Doctorate degree from Fordham University School of Law. He is a member of the American, New York, and Erie County Bar associations.
